iEARN UK offers a wide range of professional development and training. We have for a number of years worked closely with WAG in the production and management of Moodle based courses on a range of Management and skills based topics and we are a centre for The Institute of Leadership and Management.

Sustainable Development Moodle Coaching and Mentoring Managing Quality Improvement
We are able to provide a wide range of training courses around this theme. Each course is designed specifically to meet the needs of your organisation. Sample programmes are listed below
Half or 1 Day Workshops on Sustainability
These sessions are ideal for providing staff with an overview of the scientific, social and political imperatives for sustainability. Delegates will be encouraged to discuss the issues and relate the information to their own lifestyle and to the organisation. The longer workshop allows more time for the information to be contextualised to the organisation.
Accredited CPD for Sustainability
iEARN UK delivers and assesses the NCFE Certificate in Sustainable Development at levels 1 and 2. These qualifications will accredit an understanding of the issues surrounding sustainable development. They will be relevant to:-
ESDGC
Education for Sustainable Development and Global Citizenship is a requirement for learners in Wales. There are clear links to both the 14-19 Learning Core and to the WBQ Core. iEARN UK has also worked with DCELLS to link ESDGC to the accreditation of Key Skills.
This course will allow managers and deliverers to understand the requirements and linkages and will include resources and activities to support the delivery of ESDGC.
This course will explore ways of delivering the exciting new curriculum for The Global Dimension through internationally focussed project work. iEARN UK and its partner organisations work with over 2 000 000 young people each year in more than 150 countries. Podcasting and video links
Find out how to use podcasting and/or videos to link your learners with others around the world. Podcasting provides a powerful tool for the development of MFL skills and both media provide excellent motivation. We teach you to use easy to use and FREE software and to record, edit and upload your media. We also provide links to schools around the world for you practice your new skills.

How to Moodle
A 2 day introduction to building and running courses using Moodle
Build Your Moodle
A 3 day course for up to 8 people from one organisation. Not only will you learn how to run your own Moodle we will help you to do the set up and load courses whilst on the course. At the end of 3 days you will have a functioning on-line learning platform designed specifically for your needs AND staff trained to run it.

We offer this ILM accredited course at levels 3 and 5. The course can be delivered in a variety of ways ranging from "in-house" delivery on your premises to on-line distance learning - and all combinations between.

This short course, which leads to an ILM award, looks at the process of building quality based on sound evidence and a clear action plan. You will complete both a self-assessment review and an action plan for your organisation as part of the course.
